PT Batam Maritime Centre

PT Batam Maritime Centre is our 80:20 partnership with offshore engineering company Fabtech to establish a Greenfield yard on a 174ha site on Batam Island, Indonesia. Planning activities for the site development are in progress.

The facility will be equipped with a large ship lift, serving multiple dry berths for new building and repair activities. There will also be capabilities to build and load out heavy industrial plant assemblies. Community initiatives associated with the project include the construction of a mosque, clinic and training school.
